With Transformational Movement, you can learn to release your habitual patterns and create new neural signals that relieve pain, increase mobility, and re-pattern your brain to improve balance and coordination. Guided by Mary, you’ll learn to use a combination of intention, awareness, and movement along with imaging, breath work, self-massage and healing attitudes to transform your mind/body.
